Kamlesh Ratadia, CA, brings over two decades of investing experience, including analysing global equity markets. He served as a founding partner at White Oak from 2017 to 2020 and held the position of Director of Investment at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) for more than 5 years. Kamlesh began his investment career at ENAM, where he worked in various roles for more than a decade.

Throughout his career, Kamlesh Ratadia consistently achieved leading performance within his peer group at Goldman Sachs and White Oak, delivering impressive results over multiple multi-year trailing periods. The associated funds under his tenure consistently ranked in the top decile among their peers, showcasing his expertise and unwavering commitment to delivering superior returns for investors.

Vinayak has over four years of Institutional Equity Research experience in the Indian equity markets. Vinayak has deep understanding in retail, chemicals, pharma, new-age companies, and financial services. Prior to joining Axia, Vinayak worked as a research analyst at Stallion Asset and Augmenta Research. Vinayak holds the titles of CFA and CA and possesses a master's degree in finance from EADA Business School in Spain.

Janhavi has more than one year of experience in equity research. She has previously worked at a KPO, Axience where she researched global companies for its clients with specific focus on the logistics sector. At Axia Janhavi covers FMCG, Logistics, Power and Textiles. Janhavi hold a bachelor's degree in finance from Narsee Monjee College and is currently pursuing her CFA Level 2 and MBA in finance from DY Patil University, Pune.
